I read your article and noticed that you made reference to determining rights by asking "Here is a great test to see if something is really a right, vs. one of these fake rights. Ask yourself, "can I have this right on a desert island".

Maybe a better place to start would be at the beginning (creation or big bang - doesn't matter). Take and individual out in space with absolutely nothing - what would they need to live. Let's do this in order of greatest needs. An atmosphere would come first as their body could not exist without one. Second would come Oxygen as they could live a couple of minutes without it but no more. Third would be Water as they could only live a few days without it. Fourth would be Food which grows from the Earth and therefore automatically includes the Right to Land. Each of these necessarily come with natural extensions. To have an atmosphere a planet is needed. To have Oxygen, plants are needed which in turn need fertile soil and water (rainfall/humidity) as well as carbon dioxide which naturally comes from decomposing matter (branches, leaves, fallen trees, etc..). To have Water we need an ecosystem as well as a Sun which both facilitate evaporation and rainfall. To have Food, Land is needed as that is where food comes from. Land is also where the materials for both clothing and shelter originate. Land is a True Natural Individual Right.

We could continue this example up to present day society. Suffice it to say that although when we consider these Inherent Rights they become apparent. Problems within society can't be resolved by attempting to remedy present concepts of Individual Rights such as abortion, education, health care, etc... without revisiting those Prime Rights of which all other Rights naturally extend. When we start at the beginning we can clearly see the areas where we have stepped out of bounds and as we remedy those areas (Land Rights is a big example) and work our way through time each Right becomes much easier to resolve. Peace my friend,

Scott
